DID YOU KNOW that there's a survival pattern within your cells that gets in the way of your innate ability to create?
In fact, there are several types of survival patterns that can hold you hostage, and these are what have kept you repeating the past and hindered your ability to create.
Your survival patterns have a personality of their own, and its habitual impulse is too often activated, shrinking your magnetic field of energy (you lose confidence and belief in yourself). For many people, this has become a way of resistance to existence.
Here's the challenge:
You can either live in a surviving space or in a thriving space, but not both. You must make a choice and this is where your patterns build and establish and slowly become trenches.
Let me be clear that the above statement is way more than a simple motivational sentence or a state of visualisation. It is your way out.It is time to accept where you are at now – this can be a hard pill to swallow, but it is the first step to the freedom you desire.
Acceptance does not mean defeat; acceptance allows you to stop and look around you, to acknowledge your strengths and any past hurts that you have endured but it is time now to know longer be ruled by them. This is a decision but one where I will continually ask you over and over - Are you in charge?
How far have you come? You have been through so much and survived and even if you do not believe it right now, you are better for it as you have created amazing survival skills what I call your tools for life.
You are here and stronger than you know because of all the challenges that you have experienced. They have made you into the person that you are now but you must choose not to become a slave to them and remember you are in charge.
I know it has not been easy but right now you are at the door of opportunity, to see the mistakes and hurts as tools to use them to help you make better decisions for your future. It is time for start fresh, a line in the sand.
Are you willing? I know you are as you have signed up.
Are you now ready to accept?
There is nothing you need to relive; you do not need to repeat the past but rather learn from it. The lessons are your tools for your future.
How do you accept your life now?
One of the most powerful tools I know is verbal expression and written expression. To continually remind yourself that you are free and safe.
Say out loud – I accept my life now, and I forgive myself for … state what it is, (write a list if you have to) as CLARITY will release you from the limits of your past. I am free and safe. I said this over and over to myself for many years and it works.
You may need to read this part a few times and return to it when you pick up the past.
When you have gone through challenges that you blame yourself for, you tend to go over and over blaming yourself. You will have been doing this for many years, and now this has become a habit, a part of your routine, your go to a place. Often the habit is so strong you may not be consciously aware that you are reviewing it. Your breathing will be the key indicator here, do you ever find yourself sighing after a time of inner reflection? Awareness is the first step to change and the new door to freedom from the limiting beliefs that you have created.
There is no rush – just breath, as we will get through this together.
Let’s get started
How many times have you set goals never to achieve them? In fact, after a short time, you lose sight of them entirely. We have all done it. However, now I achieve my goals and all because of this straightforward process that I am about to share with you throughout the 100 days.
We are going to work on creating new pathways, clearing old energies, getting clear to get the job done.
What are pathways?
Pathways are how you think and process your daily life; they are your go-to place. There are many levels of pathways but primarily these three:
1. The one you present to the world
2. Your inner you – the small voice inside that has a lot to say
3. Your old hurts and fears that at times become badges of honor and turn into trenches.
They have different responders, and all of these responders have a history that can live deep within, that you dust off when they are needed (old hurts). These are your go-to places when someone hurts you, and you are angered, challenged, or an event occurs. Your responder looks for what you have experienced before, good and bad, and help you now respond accordingly.
The optimist
The confident
The action taker
The blamer
The crier
The screamer
The pessimist
I am sure there have been times when you have been some of the above, if not all.
Now it is time to stop being so hard on you and instead, back yourself.
The small voice inside reminds you of what you can and cannot do. All of these reminders overlap and become your accepted way of life.
These are your natural go-to places when things go right or wrong. You get the dream job or the house you want, or you get made redundant, your relationship crashes, or you go through a health challenge.
When you are challenged, your thoughts go into the trenches and that small voice inside starts reminding you why you’re here again and how you will never do any better. You get reminded that this is where you always end up, no matter what. Sound familiar?
Most of us know our smaller inner selves – the ones we have discussions with and coffee with our best and worst friend. This little voice needs to be shown up for what it is; you remind yourself how you can’t do or have something.
Pathways can be changed, and they are your opportunity to freedom to live the life you desire.
This is also your chance to clear some of those old habits and energies you have been hanging onto for a long time. Some of them you have had for years, and they have been working against you. Finally, it is time to take charge.
This freedom can change your life. All you need is to be willing to build a vision, set the right intentions and do the work. At times this will be hard, as you will have to face things but facing things allows you to take charge of them. This program is here to guide you through it.
It takes 31 days to break a habit or an addiction, then slowly, you create change, and the new change becomes easier to continue.
First, you will work on stagnant mindset habits and patterns, clearing the energies that linger and hinder you. Once you get the space within and around you right, then what you want will be much easier to achieve, and the inner peace is sublime.
Clarity is the key to everything, and once you are clear, you can set the date range to achieve within six weeks - healing and discovering.
This is not a one-day process but rather a many-day process, and everyone travels through it at various speeds. Give yourself time to come to terms with the release you may need to do, as this is one of the most important parts of this RESET.
